1General Terms & Conditions

Bejil (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and entertainment service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Bejil and its users (hereinafter referred to as "Members", "you").

By accessing the Platform through the Bejil website, mobile app, or any other channel, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Management

To open a valid account on Bejil, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account using false information is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Account Registration Requirements:

• Each individual may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and ID details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact Bejil Support immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

After registration, Bejil reserves the right to verify your identity. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID or passport.

3Age Verification & Legal Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and participate in gaming activities on Bejil. Use of the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Legal Eligibility Requirements:

• Online gaming and betting must be legally permitted in your area of residence.
• The Platform may not be accessed from any country or region where Bejil is prohibited.
• Individuals on any international sanctions list are not permitted to use Bejil.
• Bejil employees and their immediate family members are prohibited from placing bets on the Platform.

If anyone opens an account by providing false information in violation of these eligibility conditions, all transactions on that account will be considered void and any winnings will be forfeited.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on Bejil can be made via various mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your account instantly.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same — you must withdraw using the same method you used to deposit.
• Use of fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account suspension.
• Any issues with the deposit process must be reported to support within 24 hours.

5Withdrawal Policy

Bejil strives to pay out Members' winnings as quickly as possible. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 to 72 hours.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The maximum withdrawal limit per day is BDT 50,000.
• Bejil reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

If a withdrawal is declined, you will be notified by email with the reason. Once the issue is resolved, you may reapply.

6Bonus & Promotional Offers

Bejil offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are listed alongside the respective offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires meeting a wagering requirement of 15x to 30x.
• No more than one bonus offer may be claimed at a time, unless otherwise specified in the offer.
• Not all games may be available for play with bonus funds. The eligible game list will be specified in the offer details.
• Bonus offers are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Bejil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7Gaming Rules

All games on Bejil are operated through certified software providers and use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair outcomes.

• Game outcomes are entirely fair and random. Bejil does not predetermine the result of any game.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical error, that round will be voided and the wagered amount refunded.
• If a disconnection occurs during a live game, the situation will be handled in accordance with the game's rules.
• You may contact the support team regarding any issues encountered during gameplay.
• All decisions regarding game outcomes on Bejil are considered final.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair and safe environment on the Bejil Platform:

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits.
• Unauthorized use of another Member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other Members or staff.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in hacking.
• Exploiting bonus arbitrage or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Bejil reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Submitting false information during identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity or attempted fraud.
• Court orders or requests from regulatory authorities.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance remaining will be returned in accordance with the applicable policy.

10Liability Limits

Bejil accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Any losses incurred in a game due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues caused by faults in third-party software or devices.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a Member's account — where the Member's own negligence was a contributing factor.
• Personal financial loss or emotional distress arising from gaming.

Bejil always aims to provide the best service; however, compensation may not be possible for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues.

11Responsible Gaming

Bejil believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all Members to enjoy games responsibly.

• Only bet what you can afford to lose — never wager money you cannot afford to part with.
• Use your account settings to set gaming limits (daily/weekly/monthly).
• If gaming causes anxiety rather than enjoyment, take a break.
• Contact support to join the self-exclusion program.

12Terms Updates & Contact

Bejil reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered Members will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please contact us to close your account.
